Installation Notes:
- Files must be unzipped without "TAR smart cr/lf conversion". The default settings in the Microsoft Windows and WinRar uncompressors work fine. In WinZip, the "TAR smart cf/lf conversion" feature must be disabled.
- Files must be uploaded to the web server using binary mode. Typing "ftp://" and your FTP host into Microsoft Internet Explorer with the default settings works fine.
